Our Guidelines
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
At Adam Paul Salon/Dailey Wellness & Massage, your reservation is intentionally set aside just for you. We prepare for your visit in advance — from consultation planning to product preparation — so that your experience feels seamless and elevated from start to finish.
To honor the time of our guests and our artists, we maintain the following policies:
Card on File
To protect our team's time and ensure availability for all guests, a valid card on file is required for all reservations. Removing your card on file or providing an invalid card will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Your card is securely stored and will only be used in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
72-Hour Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 72 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your reservation.
- More than 72 hours in advance: No fee
- Between 72-12 hours: 50% of the reserved service
- Within 12 hours: 100% of the reserved service
- No-shows: 100% of the reserved service
Appointment Confirmations
- You will receive a confirmation email/text 1 week prior to your reservation.
- If your appointment is not confirmed, our Guest Services team will reach out 4 days prior, and send one final email/text confirmation request.
- If we do not receive confirmation by the 72-hour mark, your reservation may be released without penalty to allow another guest the opportunity to book.
Late Arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may need to be adjusted or canceled.
If we are able to accommodate you within the remaining time without lowering our standard of care, the full reserved service price still applies which includes the first 15 minutes of time.
If we cannot complete the service as reserved, the appointment will be canceled and the cancellation policy enforced.
Service Adjustments
Your reservation secures a specific amount of time. If you choose to modify your service within 72 hours — for example:
- Changing from color to haircut
- Reducing service time through reduction of services
- Altering a Massage Therapy session to a lesser amount of time
You remain financially responsible for the originally reserved service.
Same-Week or Last-Minute Bookings
Reservations made within the 72-hour window are still subject to this policy.
If a reservation made within 72 hours is canceled within 12 hours, it will be considered a no-show and charged 100%.
Repeated Cancellations
To protect our schedule and team:
- Accumulation of 3 late cancellations within a 12-month period may result in refusal of future reservations and/or required full prepayment of your next reservation.
- 2 no-shows will result in refusal of future reservations.
What Qualifies as an Emergency?
We understand that true emergencies happen. We may waive fees in the case of:
- Medical emergencies
- Sudden illness
- Family emergency
- Severe weather events
In the case of a true emergency, most situations will allow for a one-time grace cancellation. Any future emergencies will need to follow the full cancellation policy.
The following do not qualify as emergencies:
- Changes to work schedule
- Childcare scheduling conflicts
- Travel changes
- Double booking your schedule
- Simply forgetting
We appreciate your understanding that your reservation impacts both your artist’s time and other guests seeking availability.
We are committed to creating an exceptional experience — and clear policies allow us to do so consistently and professionally.
Thank you for valuing our time as much as we value yours.
